My slide deck is attached. My rough speaker notes are in the notes--the slides are not terribly meaningful without context. I used specially installed fonts, so it won't be as lovely. Here is a PDF as well: http://bit.ly/14vxg3y. Thanks to those who came!

As request during the discussion part of the forum. Here are the questions we use quarterly with our online students to get library feedback. The qualitative questions are generally where I glean things from most, though the quantative are clearly important to keep an eye on.

1. I used library resources (online databases, article
retrieval, etc.) often.

OPTIONS: Strongly Disagree,
Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree

2. It was easy to access library materials.

                OPTIONS:
Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree, N/A

3. When I had trouble accessing materials, I contacted the
library for help.

                OPTIONS:
Yes, No

                If Yes, please answer questions
4 & 5. If No, proceed to question 6.

4. If I asked for help, the library responded quickly.

                OPTIONS:
Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree, N/A

5. If I asked for help, the library had the answers I
needed.

                OPTIONS:
Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree, N/A

6. Please list the top three resources, whether within the
library or outside of it that you use for research.

7. How could library services be improved?
